Pages print upside down on the back

Your printer flips on the other edge. Switch between short-edge and long-edge in FoldQuire and print one test sheet.

The booklet is too small

Print at 100% with one page per sheet. Turn off any booklet or 2-up option in the print dialog, because FoldQuire has already arranged the pages.

Inner pages stick out after folding

Thicker booklets push the inner sheets outward. Add a little creep, or split the document into signatures.
