A RAW file shows little detail

Some RAW files only include a small embedded preview. Turn off the preference for embedded previews so GridMarten asks macOS to decode the full file. RAW support depends on your camera and macOS version.

Printed sheets are the wrong size

In the print dialog, set the scale to 100% and choose the paper size you picked in GridMarten.

Captions are missing

Captions only show details stored in the file. Exported or edited photos sometimes lose camera and lens data.

Apple handles payment and refunds. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used.
